frequently asked questions

how do i delete my account?

Open Pull Up, go to your profile (tap the gear icon on the home feed), scroll down, and tap "delete account." This is permanent and removes your posts, photos, and friendships from the app.

how do i report a plan or pulled-up photo?

Long press on any plan or pulled-up photo and tap "report" from the menu that appears. Choose a reason and submit — our team reviews every report.

how do i report a user?

Tap the three dots next to an account's name in search results, then tap "report." Choose a reason and submit.

how do i block someone?

Tap the three dots next to an account's name in search results, then tap "block." Blocking removes them from your friends and search results in both directions, and they won't be able to contact or see you either.

how do i unblock someone?

Go to Settings → "blocked," where you'll see everyone you've blocked, and tap "unblock" next to their name.

how do i remove a friend?

Long press on their name in your friends list and tap "remove."

how do i remove a reaction?

Tap the same emoji again to remove your reaction from a post or pull-up photo.

how do streaks work?

Your personal streak counts consecutive days you've pulled up to a plan. Friend streaks count consecutive days you and a specific friend pulled up to the same plan together.
