frequently asked questions

how do i delete my account?

Open Pull Up, go to your profile (tap the gear icon on the home feed), scroll down, and tap "delete account." This is permanent and removes your posts, photos, and friendships from the app.

how do i report a user, post, or photo?

Long press on any post, pull-up photo, or profile in search results to bring up a menu with a "report" option. Choose a reason and submit — our team reviews every report.

how do i block someone?

From a user's search result, long press (or tap the three dots) and select "block." Blocking removes them from your friends and search results in both directions, and they won't be able to contact or see you either.

how do i unblock someone?

Go to Settings → "blocked" and tap "unblock" next to their name.

how do streaks work?

Your personal streak counts consecutive days you've pulled up to a plan. Friend streaks count consecutive days you and a specific friend pulled up to the same plan together.

i'm having a technical issue — what do i do?
