Pull Up is provided by Duru Alaylı ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use govern your use of the Pull Up app and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data, and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pull Up. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.

your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

acceptable use

When using Pull Up, you agree not to:

• post content that is illegal, harassing, abusive, or infringes on others' rights
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• use the app to harm, stalk, or harass others
• attempt to access other users' accounts or interfere with the app's operation
• use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the app

user interactions and safety

Pull Up provides tools for users to create plans and connect with one another, but we do not organize, supervise, verify, endorse, or guarantee any user, plan, event, or interaction made through the Services. You are solely responsible for your decisions and conduct when interacting with other users, whether online or in person. Use good judgment and take appropriate safety precautions when meeting someone or attending an event.

reporting and blocking

If you see a user, plan, or pull-up photo that violates these Terms, you can report it directly within the app, or contact us at the email below. You can also block another user at any time, which prevents future contact and visibility between you and that person in both directions.

content moderation and termination

We may remove content, limit features, suspend, or terminate an account if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, creates a safety or legal risk, or harms the Services or other users. We may take these actions with or without prior notice where appropriate.

If your account is suspended or terminated, you must not create another account without our permission. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

your content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you post. By posting, you grant Pull Up a license to display that content to your friends and group members within the app, as intended by the app's features. Separately, your name, username, and profile photo may be shown to any user of the app through search, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to share anything you post.

account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the app's settings. Account deletion is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including the limited circumstances in which traces of your activity — such as a plan title in a friend's history, or a reaction shown as coming from a deleted account — may remain visible to other users or in temporary backups.

disclaimers

Pull Up is provided "as is." We work to keep the app reliable, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. You use the app at your own discretion, including any plans or meetups you organize through it — as described above, we're not responsible for what happens at events you arrange with other users.

limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pull Up is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
